This second day of the South American encounter of Verbum Dei disciples was dedicated to pray about the roots, inheritance and fidelity to the charism
El día inició con las primeras pautas de oración a las 6:00 am hora de Perú a cargo del Misionero peruano Luis Solano, quien hacía la invitación a hacer memoria agradecida de la historia de salvación de Dios en cada uno y en el Verbum Dei, a amar la historia personal, dar gracias por el acompañamiento fiel de Dios a través de la comunidad, porque haciendo esta memoria agradecida se puede dar el paso a confiar en el Padre el fututo de la misión y herencia recibida a través del SÍ de Jaime Bonet.
The day began with the first prayer guidelines at 6:00 am Perú time in charge of the Peruvian Missionary Luis Solano, who made the invitation to make a grateful memory of the history of salvation of God in each one of us and in Verbum Dei, to love the personal history, to give thanks for the faithful accompaniment of God through the community, because by making this grateful memory we can take the step to trust in the Father the future of the mission and inheritance received through the YES of Jaime Bonet.
El segundo momento de pautas de oración lo realizó el matrimonio brasilero Marcia y Vicente, ellos hacían la invitación a agradecer por la herencia recibida, a acoger el talento del carisma y arriesgarse a poner todos los dones y talentos recibidos en función de la misión. Aclarando que la riqueza del Verbum Dei no consiste en una cosa, es la vivencia que cada persona tiene con el amor.
The second moment of prayer guidelines was carried out by the Brazilian couple Marcia and Vicente, they made the invitation to give thanks for the inheritance received, to accept the talent of the charism and risk to put all the gifts and talents received in function of the mission. Clarifying that the richness of the Verbum Dei does not consist in one thing, it is the experience that each person has with love.
En las horas de la tarde, Antonieta Vargas, responsable de la rama de misioneras; retomaba el ejercicio de hacer memoria agradecida para reconocer que Dios siempre ha sido fiel con la vida de cada uno, como un Padre lleva a su hijo (Dt 1,31); de hacer memoria surge la fidelidad y la opción de custodiar el tesoro como lo hicieron María, José y los reyes magos.
In the afternoon, Antonieta Vargas, responsible for the missionary female branch, took up again the exercise of making grateful memory to recognize that God has always been faithful with the life of each one of us, as a Father carries his son (Dt 1:31); from making memory arises the fidelity and the option of guarding the treasure as Mary, Joseph and the Magi did.
El día terminó con la celebración de la Eucaristía y el compartir en grupos de los frutos y vivencias de los discípulos durante la jornada de retiro.
The day ended with the celebration of the Eucharist and the sharing in groups of the fruits and experiences of the disciples during the day of retreat.
